About Us
Strouds Copse Stables is owned by Marian and Mark who will welcome you as part of the family offering breakfast round the kitchen table, or if you prefer, breakfast in your own room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby ranging from Pizza to A La Carte Food and good old-fashioned pub grub.
The bedrooms are newly decorated to a high standard offering en-suite facilities, as well as TVs, hairdryers and alarm clocks for your convenience. We also have a family room with one set of bunk beds as well as a travel cot. Ironing facilities and hairdryers are also provided. We are also pet friendly and accept most well behaved pets.
For the business user we have a wireless network so you can log on to the internet via your own equipment. Strouds Copse Stables is a non smoking environment.

Strouds Copse Stables have two horses, "Yorkshire Pride" an ex police horse, (Yorkie for short) and a pony called Woody as well as China the dog. Children are welcome to ride the pony with prior arrangement and adult supervision. We also have free range rare breed chickens and a cockerel called ASBO. We use any fresh eggs for your breakfasts and believe me you can really taste the difference. We have a rabbit and guinea pig which the children can play with, again with adult supervision.
